Monavie Terms of Sale
Effective Date: February 19, 2025
I. Introduction
These Terms of Sale (“Sales Terms”), together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, govern your purchase of products from MonaVie (“MonaVie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Sales Terms.
II. Ordering
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Sales Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by MonaVie. Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email detailing the items ordered. Acceptance occurs when you receive this confirmation email. We are not responsible for emails that are placed in your junk or spam folder. Before placing an order, whitelist the @monavie.com domain to ensure you receive our emails.
III. Shipping Address
We currently ship to commercial and residential addresses, including P.O. boxes, within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please note that priority and expedited shipping methods are not available for P.O. boxes and addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, international locations, or U.S. territories and protectorates. In some circumstances we do allow you, the buyer, to provide us with your own shipping label.
IV. Returns
MonaVie has a 26-day return policy. The return window starts from the date the item(s) are received. For example, if you receive your order on the 1st, you must contact MonaVie by the 26th. Products must be returned in a condition materially identical to how they were received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. V. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. If payment is not authorized or placed onhold by the merchant account, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process and store your payment details to facilitate your transaction.
VI. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, we prioritize prompt processing and shipping. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you wish to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.
VII. Discounts and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotions, sales, or discount codes. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
VIII. Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and will be added during checkout where applicable.
IX. Auto-Renewal Programs
If you enroll in our auto-renewal program (“Subscribe and Save”), your membership will remain in effect until canceled. You will receive email notifications before each shipment, and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the products, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. X. Price or Description Errors
While we strive for accuracy, errors in product descriptions or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information.
XI. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
XII. Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities purchased, and discontinue products without prior notice. We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
