Make sure our emails reach you

Order confirmations, tracking numbers and delivery updates are sent automatically. Some email providers file those in Spam or Junk before you ever see them. Adding us to your safe list takes a minute and stops that happening.

We send from these two addresses:

Most providers let you allow the whole monavie.com domain at once, which covers both. Where that is not possible, the steps below name the exact addresses to add.

Gmail

Also Googlemail

  1. Open Gmail on a computer. Click the gear icon at the top right, then click See all settings.
  2. Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  3. Click Create a new filter.
  4. In the From box, type monavie.com
  5. Click Create filter.
  6. Tick Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again to finish.

Yahoo Mail

  3. Give the filter a name, such as MonaVie.
  4. Under From, choose contains and type monavie.com
  5. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox.
  6. Click Save.

If your address ends in att.net, sbcglobal.net, bellsouth.net, ameritech.net, pacbell.net or prodigy.net, your mail is now run by Yahoo. Sign in at att.net and follow exactly the same steps.

Verizon closed its own email service in 2017. If your address ends in verizon.net it is now an AOL account, so the steps above apply. If you chose Yahoo as your Verizon portal instead, sign in at verizon.yahoo.com and use the Yahoo steps. aim.com addresses are also AOL accounts.

Apple iCloud

Also me.com and mac.com

  1. Go to icloud.com/mail and sign in.

  5. Under Message, choose is from and type [email protected]
  6. Under Action, choose Move to Folder and select Inbox.

iCloud can take up to 15 minutes to start using a new rule, so do not worry if a test message still goes to Junk straight away.

Comcast / Xfinity

comcast.net

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity email on a computer.
  2. Click the gear icon, then Settings.
  3. Choose Filter Rules, then Add new rule.
  4. Give the rule a name, such as MonaVie.
  5. Set From to contains and type monavie.com
  6. Under Actions, choose Move to folder and select Inbox.
  7. Click Save.

Careful: Xfinity also has a setting called Email Safe List. Do not use it for this. It does the opposite of what the name suggests: once it is switched on, email from anyone not on the list is rejected outright and you will never see it. The filter above is the safe way.

Something else, or a work address

If your email is through your employer or your own business domain, the steps above will not apply. Ask whoever looks after your email to allow monavie.com, and give them both addresses listed at the top of this page.

Still not arriving?

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If you find one of our emails there, open it and choose Not spam — that teaches your provider on its own, and it is the single most effective thing you can do. Then call us on 1.888.718.1706 if it keeps happening and we will check the address we hold for you.
