MonaVie Email Whitelisting
Whitelisting the @monavie.com domain is essential to ensure that you receive important email notifications from us without them being mistakenly marked as spam or junk by your email provider.
Jump to your email provider:
- Gmail / Googlemail
- Yahoo / Ymail / Rocketmail
- Outlook / Hotmail / Live / MSN
- AOL Mail
- Verizon Mail
- Apple Mail (iCloud)
- Mail.com
- QQ Mail
- Juno / AIM
Gmail (gmail.com / googlemail.com)
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon.
- Select See all settings.
- Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter @monavie.com.
- Select Never send it to Spam.
- Save.
Yahoo (yahoo.com / ymail.com / rocketmail.com)
- Click the gear icon → More Settings.
- Select Filters.
- Add new filter.
- From contains @monavie.com.
- Deliver to Inbox.
- Save.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live / MSN
- Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail → Junk email.
- Add monavie.com under Safe senders and domains.
- Save.
AOL Mail
- Open AOL Mail.
- Go to Mail Settings.
- Select Spam Settings.
- Add @monavie.com to allowed senders.
- Save changes.
Verizon Mail (verizon.net)
- Log into Verizon/AOL Mail.
- Go to Mail Settings.
- Select Spam Settings.
- Add @monavie.com to allowed senders.
- Save changes.
Apple Mail (me.com / mac.com)
- Open iCloud Mail.
- Click Preferences.
- Go to Rules.
- Add rule: From contains @monavie.com.
- Move to Inbox.
- Done.
Mail.com
- Open Settings.
- Select Security or Filter Settings.
- Add @monavie.com to Allow List.
- Save.
QQ Mail
- Open QQ Mail.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Anti-Spam.
- Add @monavie.com to whitelist.
- Save.
Juno / AIM
- Open your webmail.
- Go to Mail Settings.
- Locate Spam or Blocked Senders.
- Add @monavie.com to allowed senders.
- Save.
