MonaVie Email Whitelisting

Whitelisting the @monavie.com domain is essential to ensure that you receive important email notifications from us without them being mistakenly marked as spam or junk by your email provider.

Jump to your email provider:

 


Gmail (gmail.com / googlemail.com)

  • Open Gmail and click the gear icon.
  • Select See all settings.
  • Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  • Click Create a new filter.
  • In the From field, enter @monavie.com.
  • Select Never send it to Spam.
  • Save.

  • Click the gear icon → More Settings.
  • Select Filters.
  • Add new filter.
  • From contains @monavie.com.
  • Deliver to Inbox.
  • Save.

  • Go to Mail → Junk email.
  • Add monavie.com under Safe senders and domains.
  • Save.

  • Save changes.

  • Select Spam Settings.
  • Add @monavie.com to allowed senders.

  • Click Preferences.
  • Go to Rules.
  • Add rule: From contains @monavie.com.
  • Move to Inbox.
  • Done.
