SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days unless your order is on hold. Please contact Monavie by phone if your order is on hold.
Our business days are Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays, or holiday eves.
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12 PM EST that have not been placed on hold often ship the same business day for USPS. Orders placed by 3 PM EST that have not been placed on hold often ship the same business day for UPS.

SHIPPING WITH YOUR OWN LABEL
You may purchase your own shipping label(s) and send them to [email protected] for order fulfillment.
Carrier Options:
- Within the U.S.: UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- International Shipping: UPS or FedEx (Do not use USPS for international shipping)
📌 Please note:
- Research the label cost before placing your order. The cost could be higher than expected.
- You do not need to schedule a pickup when using UPS or FedEx—we will handle that for you.
- Consider weather conditions when shipping. This product will not survive transit in temperatures below 20°F (-6°C).
- If you are in an area where we do not normally ship, this option may be useful.
- International shipments should include insurance—our packaging meets U.S. standards but may not be suitable for all countries. Monavie.com is not responsible for damages during shipment. Please consider insurance.
- Customs forms are required for international shipments. Use Harmonization Code: 22029920.
- Consider paying VAT fees (more info) when purchasing your shipping label to avoid additional charges at delivery.
- The following countries are eligible for international shipping: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

For larger shipments, use the guidelines above to calculate the necessary number of boxes.
Example:
- 4 Cases = (1) 26″ x 16″ x 10″ box (42 lbs) + (1) 13″ x 8″ x 8″ box (14 lbs).
- 12 Cases = (4) 26″ x 16″ x 10″ boxes (42 lbs each).
Once you have created your labels, email them to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt. International shipments generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your labels.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to cancel it, but once a shipping label has been created, we may be unable to stop the order from leaving our warehouse.
⚠️ Important: A tracking number not being uploaded does not mean a label has not already been created. Tracking will be updated by the end of the day.

MonaVie reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.
RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT: Some items are NON-RETURNABLE for safety reasons.
MonaVie has a 26-day return policy, but we may consider returns up to day 30 under certain circumstances. The return window starts from the date the item(s) are received. For example, if you receive your order on the 1st, you must contact MonaVie by the 26th.
Products must be returned in a condition materially identical to how they were received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When requesting a return, please include the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Pictures (if applicable)
GENERAL TERMS
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items, covering inspection and reinventory.
- The restocking fee will be waived for defective items, incorrectly shipped items, or errors in the site description.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days, but processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless MonaVie is at fault. If MonaVie is responsible and your return request is made within the 26-day return period (including weekends), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for a refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
