RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT:
Some items are NON-RETURNABLE for safety reasons.
MonaVie has a 26 day Return Policy, we will work with day 27 under certain circumstances, from the date the item(s) is received. Example, received on the 1st then you must contact Monavie by the 26th. Products must be returned in a way that is not materially different from the way they were received. Cost of shipping is non-refundable.

GENERAL TERMS:
Our restocking fee is 15%. This covers inspection and re-inventory of the products. We will waive the restocking fee in the case of: defective items, incorrectly shipped items, and site description errors.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally this applies to 3 business days however please allow 10 business days to process.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless MONAVIE is found at fault. However, we will cover all return shipping costs if we are at fault when your request is received before our 26 day return policy, Saturday and Sunday is included in this timeframe.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund. Please contact us for return inquiries.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
In general, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Our business days are Monday – Friday 11 am – 5:30 pm EST; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included as shipping oppuortunities for Monavie. Some orders may also be delayed depending on carriers should you choose a carrier that is not USPS. We assure you, we are doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your order number available. We will try our best to get that canceled but sometimes the order may be too far along in our process and is unable to be stopped. Please note: just because a tracking number has not been uploaded to your order does not mean the label is not created already, it will be updated by end of day.

SHIPPING BY USING YOUR OWN LABEL:
You have the option of purchasing your own label and sending it to [email protected] to be fulfilled at our warehouse. This is handy when you are located in an area will do not normally ship. Orders shipped to other countries must include a customs form or the package(s) will not make it to it’s destination. Please be aware of the current weather when shipping. This product wil not survive the trip when temperatures dip below 20F, -6C.
The following should be used when creating your label:
1 Bottle of Monavie: Box Size: 15″x5″x5″, Weight: 4 lbs
2 Bottles of Monavie: Box Size: 15″x10″x5″, Weight 7 lbs
3 Bottles of Monavie: Box Size: 13″x8″x8″, Weight: 11 lbs
1 Case of Monavie: Box Size: 13″x8″x8″, Weight: 14 lbs
2 Cases of Monavie: Box Size: 17″x14″x9″, Weight: 28 lbs
3 Cases of Monavie: Box Size: 26″x16″x10″, Weight: 42 lbs
When ordering more than 3 Cases of Monavie, please factor the number with the above. Example, 4 Cases of Monavie will be one Box 26″x16″x10″ at 42 lbs and one Box 13″x8″x8″ at 14 lbs. 12 Cases of Monavie will be four Boxes: 26″x16″x10″, Weight: 42 lbs each
